Home Factory is bringing to the housing market the much needed combination of luxury design with mass-manufacturing. By using Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), Home Factory aims to help solve parts of the continuing nationwide housing shortage, particularly in urban locations.

Having successfully designed and built a prototype using Matrix funding, the Home Factory vision is to allow first time buyers to get on the property ladder with a designer apartment, which could now cost less than £100,000 through shared ownership schemes.
