Managing Director
Martin began his career in financial services in 1988 as a Financial Adviser in his home town of Liverpool - he likes to tell people that this was 'at the age of eight'. A decade of service with the same firm gave him solid grounding to move into management. As an Independent Financial Adviser (AFPC) some ten years prior to this qualification becoming an industry requirement in 2012. He is married to Tracey with two children, Tom and Emily
Steve Rowlands
Finance Director
Steve worked and trained with a Chartered Accountancy practice after graduating from University with a Mathematics degree. This provided opportunity to provide advice to a wide range of clients, from PLC's to sole traders, in areas including accountancy, audit, tax and financial projections. He continued his training by gaining a distinction in the Association of Taxation Technicians exams.
Whilst being kept very busy by his three children, Steve enjoys following football team Liverpool and his NBA team the Toronto Raptors
Mark Currie
Administrator
Mark supports the research and on-going administration of the firm. A long term personal friend of our finance director, he adds further qualifications to the team as a whole with his Maths degree and MENSA membership. He is a big fan of hip hop music and enjoys going to concerts and adding to his already ridiculous collections of CD's

Colette is our most experienced adviser, with more than 35 years experience. She is also a business owner herself as well as being fully Level 4 qualified. Colette has a wealth of experience across a wide variety of client backgrounds, many of whom have remained with her for decades
